Why Hire Me For Your Repairs?

The InterNACHI code of ethics and the Illinois home inspector standards of practice prohibits its inspectors from performing work without clearly informing the clients of conflicts of interest.

Unlike contractors and other trades, my job as a home inspector first and foremost is to inform you on what's wrong, with repairs being an entirely separate and independent transaction from the home inspection; so I have no incentive to over-sell and over-recommend work.
