Inspections are performed with infrared thermal imaging, moisture meters, electrical testing equipment, and blacklights to find and verify more hidden issues than a visual inspection alone could.

A basic thermal imaging scan is included in every inspection.

My name is Craig Walsh and I am the owner of Walsh Home Inspections, LLC. My background is in architectural engineering, after working as a commercial building HVAC engineer for 8 years I made the career change into home inspecting in 2024. I make the career change because I wanted to put my knowledge of building science to good use to help people understand their largest investment, and to ensure my clients' homes are safe and reliable. Your peace of mind is my goal.

I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector; I have received training from the world’s largest home inspector association and I am required to complete continuing education every year to ensure the highest professional standard.
